How people is finding which domain I registered to?

Everytime I register a domain, I get some emails from various people, some selling website design, some hosting, some selling SEO services,...

How do these people find out when I registered a new domain?

You should better use Whois privacy service provided by the domain registrar. Many of the domain names providers charge for it, but some domain registrars offer it free of cost. Namecheap.com, Epik.com, Namesilo etc
