In very rare cases, you may encounter some issues when trying to purchase/upload the theme to your Shopify store

I didn’t receive any ZIP file after placing the order?

Solution :
1: If you didn’t receive a mail with Grass ZIP file after your purchase, please verify your spam/promotion folders, sometimes the mail containing the file may fall into theses folders as it contains a ZIP file.
2: Login to your merchant account, you will find the theme ZIP file link

I didn’t receive any Licence Key after placing the order?

Solution:

The licence key is sent automatically after placing the order, and it is included the purchase receipt email, if for some reasons you couldn’t get it, you can also check it out in your merchant account.

I couldn’t upload Grass theme ZIP into my Shopify store

Grass theme has a size of 1- 2mb, which is way below the maximum size of 50mb allowed by Shopify, but sometimes an error message may appear when trying to upload the theme.

Solution : logout from Shopify, clear your browser cache and login again, the issue will disappear

Why some of my apps aren’t working after I published Grass theme ?

Solution : Some of your third party apps will work automatically when you publish Grass, and some require a manual update from the app dashboard. We invite you then to get in touch with the app support.

Will I lose my custom features installed on my previous Shopify theme?

Yes, whenever you switch to a new theme, all your previous custom coding and features will be lost, if you would like to keep your old features, you can use our custom tasks service in order to implement them directly into Grass theme.
