Enable Messenger feature in Grass theme

With Facebook Messanger, you are just a click away. Messenger is a powerful “all-in-one” customer support software used Billions over the world. No apps needed, it is all integrated into Grass theme.

How to enable Messenger in Grass theme?

• From your Shopify dashboard, click online store > Customize > Theme settings > Messenger widget

• Enter your Facebook page ID and chose whether you would like to enable/disable the feature in different devices

Where is located your Facebook page ID ?

To find your Page ID:

1. From Facebook News Feed, click Pages in the left side menu.
2. Click your Page name to go to your Page.
3. Click About in the left column. If you don’t see About in the left column, click See More.
4. Scroll down to find your Page ID below More Info.
