As a Plak theme client, you benefit from Free lifetime support.
What is included in free support ?
- Any issue fixing related to Plak theme feature
- How to use Plak theme
- extra small tasks (ex: changing a color, changing text size, enable/disable a feature, …)
- Plak theme installation if requested (doesn’t include design)
What is not included ?
- Third party apps issues (In general any issue related to a Shopify app must be fixed by the app developers
- Medium/big tasks (ex : changing a page layout, developing a new feature, …)
- Marketing & advertisement support
- SEO optimization
- Technical support for older versions.
How to reach Plak theme support if I need assistance ?
If you need to have our Free support, contact us by providing all the info possible in order to get your issue fixed by one of our Shopify experts.
The info we need to get your issue fixed :
- Your licence key
- Your store URL
- Description of the issue
- Image/screenshot (optional)
What are the supported languages when I would like to join Plak support ?

What can I do if I can’t get free support?
If your concern isn’t managed by Plak theme support, you can either
