Hi all,
Is there a way or an app that allows me to calculate shipping rates as a percent of order total?
Ex: orders up to $200 would be charged a shipping rate of 20% of the total. Orders $200-$300 would be charged 15% of the total.

You can do this with Intuitive Shipping app, and it’s quite an easy setup.
