Hi guys, I have a quick question.
After one week of using Plak I got my first sale Youhou, but on my dashboard it says that is an high risk of fraud.
Should I cancel the order and refund the buyer or contact the customer first or what? Is this a fraud attempt?

Thanks for inquiring here about your high-risk order.
First of all, I invite you to contact the buyer to be sure it is not a fraudulent order attempt using someone else credit card.
Also, you can add install this Free app Fraud Filter app to expand on the existing risk analysis tools in your admin.
Further to that, you can check this article fraud prevention tips to learn more about what to do in case an order is flagged as a high risk
