I have a quick question about refunding a customer !
I gave a partial refund to a customer back on April 10th. The customer has originally paid via Paypal and now he is saying that he got the notification email but the money has not been refunded.

Sometimes it take few days for the confirmation, did you check on paypal ? Normally it would be stated that the refund has been granted

Yes on my paypal account it is clearly stated the partial refund has been done, but the customer says the opposite 🙁
