Look at blog posts that you think are good and work out what they do differently

• Are they formal/informal? chatty? telling a story?
• Short paragraphs or long ones?
• Attention to keywords?
• Quality images?
• Do you use an English corrector ?

then rate your own writing the same way.

If you're not writing in your first language then it might just be that you have to become more proficient.

Eventually, you will need to decide if the effort involved in upskilling is worth it. You may make better use of your time and money by outsourcing and focusing on your strengths - or accept that your posts will be good but not awesome.

Hiring someone ? This could be the best option (in my opinion), but just in case you have the budget, because professional copywriters charge 100$+ per each well written blog post

I found some good English native bloggers on fiverr who charge 50-100$/article. I don't want to jump in and write articles by myself. I always delegate to professionals.
