You have just set up your e-commerce site, installed the theme, configured the apps, The design is catchy, the product descriptions are top-notch. You’re officially open for business — boom ! Now you just sit back and wait for the orders to come in, right?

Well ! To be honest, I got my first order from someone in Canada after about 3 weeks of the "official launch" of my store, I am selling kitchen stuff, I spent around 1000$ for the first launch (includes apps, Plak theme price, freelancers to modify some things, ...)
How did I feel ? It was just a 9.95$ order but I was like WOW, I can earn 100x this price every week or maybe everyday.

Everything depends on a product you sale. I run a pet-shop store, and my first sale was quick, just 3 days after getting my store online, by I got ti through a Facebook ad campaign.
Even if I got my sale so quick, I worked hard to build my store, I spent a lot of time looking for a good theme, installing apps, dealing with suppliers, ....
Now I am good, doing like 20-30 orders/day, not a millionaire, but I am so confortable

the first sale is the most difficult and the most exiting too ... I don't remember very well, but I think I made my #1 sale after 3-4 weeks
