How to become a successful entrepreneur ?

Hi entrepreneurs 🙂

You are reading this post because you are may be a Shopify store owner, a blogger, an investor or/and have an online business and would like to scale your business and become successful.

In this short thread, I will share with you some of the best strategies to become a successful entrepreneur.

 

  1. Don't fear anything : we all tend to fear the fact we may lose all our money/investment, we ask yourself, what if my project didn't work ? what if i don't make enough sales to cover my expenses and make profit ? Believe me, if this is stopping you from starting out, you will stay at your first step and you wont move forward. If there is no risk, there will be no actions, and if there is no actions, there will be no improvement, and if there is no improvement, you wont be able to create an updated value, this all lead to making new business opportunities that generate more leads and by consequence more sales.
  2. Partnership : You create and build the nicest product in the world, the product solves many issues and it is in high demand, but in business, "YOU CAN ALMOST NEVER MAKE IT ALONE". Most medium and big business succeed not only because because of their product or services, but also because of the power and assistance via their partners. 
  3. Make another source of income : Don't focus on a single business, who know ? One day, the product/service may become "useless", more competitors will join the game and may fiercely compete you. Then don't rely on a single source of income, try always to create new businesses and possibly co-found them to join your force with others forces, this will reduce the risk to a bankruptcy.
  4. Listen to your customers and your employees : Your customers and your employees are the main source of your success, don't forget that ! Always listen to your customers by asking them, what they need, what they like, what they don't like so you can improve your products and your services. Same thing goes for your employees, they are your second hand, don't overcharge them and underpay them.
  5. Think longterm : We all like to make money as fast as possible, but when you are eager to make money fast, you may make big decision mistakes, always think longterm and provide quality over quantity. Many big brands like Amazon didn't make profit the next day after launching, it may takes months, or even years before you can earn your financial freedom.
