Business email address is the one that uses the domain name of your company (ex : marouane.rhafli@plaktheme.com) instead of a personal email like marouane.rhafli@gmail.com
Many eCommerce entrepreneurs use personal email accounts, and this doesn't look professional. Business email is an extremely important to implement trust with the people you will communicate with.
So ! What is your best business email provider and why ?

Google suite is what I use and I like it. I pay like 10$/month but it worth it
