It can be achieved, but it is recommended to use tags instead, here is a thread about filtering the blurry coupon by product tags

What I want is to use different blurry coupons for different products. For example, product A uses 15% blurry coupon1, and product B uses 10% blurry coupon2. Can this be achieved? 😎Â

Yes it can be done, but you need to create a new template, similar to what you have done previously for product tabs in this thread.
Let me know when you create a new template and use another blurry coupon settings and if it worked well 🙂
