Changing GDPR notification colors

Hi,

I am using Plak theme, I would like to change the colors of the GDPR notification, I didn't find a way to change it from the theme editor, so I am writing to you to help me changing the colors below :

Background color from WHITE to BLACK

text color from BLACK to WHITE

The ACCEPT button color from ORANGE to YELLOW

Hi @susanclarck

In order to switch your GDPR notification to a dark mode as per your request, please follow these steps :

  • From your Shopify dashboard; click Online store => Actions => Edit code
  • Open the file theme.scss.liquid
  • At the very bottom, paste the below code
 .privacy-banner{
background:black !important;
p {
color: white !important;
} 
a {
color: white !important;
} 
.banner-accept{
background:yellow !important;
color : black !important;
} 
}
  • Click Save
