FAQ page not mobile friendly anymore

Hi,

after updating to Plak 2.5 I noticed that the FAQ page has been modified. It is not mobile-friendly anymore and besides that, a few features are not available, like contact form header, footer title, footer email. How can I solve this problem?

Are you referring the version 2.6 instead ?

In order to make the FAQ mobile friendly, I invite you to follow these stpes :

• From your Shopify dashboard, click Online store > Actions > Edit code
• Open the file faq-section.liquid
• Just after this code

{% if section.settings.enable_contact %}

• Add this one

<div class="small--grid">

• And just after the code beginning with

<script>jQuery(".faq-question").click(function...

• Add this one

</div>

• Click Save

However, could you please explain more your issue with header, footer email, .... ?

These are screenshots from Plak 2.4. On Plak 2.5 you don't have these options anymore ( to describe what customers should do). You have just a Contact Form and the Q&A.

Thanks for providing more info, the FAQ template has been removed on the version 2.5+, because the latest version uses (Sections everywhere) and the FAQ template has been replace by the FAQ template.

You can create a beautiful contact us page with FAQ accordion like this. Tod do so, you need to create a new page template, here is a good tutorial
