Filter Issues on plak shopify theme

I am sorry to hear that you're having some troubles setting up the filter sidebar.

Let me first explain to you how this filter works.

The difference between Plak theme filter and other themes filter.

• Plak theme filter : 1- It shows the tags of the viewed collection; 2- You can use multi-tags to filter, sub-filter, ... sub-sub-filter; 3- You can filter without the need to reload the page, once you click on the filter the pages doesn't reload
• Other themes filter : 1- it shows the tags of all products; 2- doesn't support multitags, 3- page reloads when filtering

Advantages : On Plak theme, the users will not be lost, they can filter the viewed collection to increase the User Experience and to reduce the return rate

If you have settled your tags correctly, try to view your all product page (your-store-url/collections/all) if you could see all your tags, then everything is OK, if not try to verify your tags in the filter sidebar and the ones assigned to the products.

I'll need help.  I tried URL/collections/all and the beforementioned tags are still missing and not showing up in the filters. I just emailed support.
