Has anyone here used Hot Jar to find out why visitors are bouncing? Is it compatible with Plak? Thanks.

PJ here from Plaktheme Support.
Yes of course, the Plak Theme is fully customizable and works fine with any Third Party Apps on Shopify, most especially the HOT JAR.
Just make sure to follow their instructions thoroughly and carefully, I would suggest going through the TUTORIAL Here - if you are having hard time, please do contact the APP Developer and they will help you out.
