Hi,
Since I used PLAK Theme, my organic traffic has increased by 51% compared to the last month (image attached, which is great.
How could i get more organic traffic ? any suggestions ?

You are doing great stats, that is pretty awesome to have the majority of your visitors from organic search.
In order to optimize your SEO for its maximum, I personally followed the advises given in THIS ARTICLE and I hired an expert from TaskHusky
After about 3 weeks, my organic traffic has increased by almost 20%.
