I normally email the customer and ask for a shipping address verification
In my experience, fraud accounts normally will not email back, I’ve even asked to verify billing addresses, I’ve even called customers, they normally don’t have an issue and are thankful your checking to make sure it isn’t a fraudulent charge
My first step, like yours is to check the IP address they ordered from, 9 times outta 10 that will tell you what’s going on

yes, thanks. I knew I wanted to email them but was not sure what to ask them for that would 1) give me an idea if fraudulent or not and 2) they wouldn’t be weirded out by
Contact the customer and use your indulgence to get a finale decision to ship the product or not 😜
