hi,

I hired someone on upwork to make some changes, but the guy broke my shopify site (using plak), and the big issue, he ddn't even make a backup, can you help please ?

We need to access your store in order to detect the issue and fix it, I invite you to send a mail to our support at support@plaktheme.com by mentioning :

 

  • Your licence key (or the mail used to purchase the licence)
  • Your store URL
  • The most recent changes you want to do
