Hi,

Is there a way to prevent a customer from creating multiples accounts to use the discount code more than once?
I am running a huge flash sale on my site and a client used 2 different emails to profitate from the discount

You can use the Locksmith  shopify app to add a condition like (has placed at least 1 order).

I hope this app will solve your problem.
