Product page : Scrolling images

Hi,

Another very very important feature we need is for customers to just scroll left and right to see the product images. Do not want thumbnails - this is an annoying  experience for customers. Waste of time to scroll the thumbnails and click the image they want.

If this needs special coding then I have 2 hours free as part of the package I bought.

 

Very very urgent issue we need fixing.

for now, we are not projecting to add a feature to slide images as this will drastically slow the product page speed.

Why would this drastically reduce product page speed?

I'm looking at other shops with this feature... and its really fast!  

And look how fast Tinder is.

You should consider this in the next update. It is definitely the easiest and fastest way to browse product images.

Enabling this feature, will require using Slick JS library which is heavy, and may causes speed drop down and large shift layout on load, here is an example of a store using this, you can notice how slow the store is

Thanks for the suggestion, we will think of adding this as a new product template and find a way to get it fast as we always did
