Yes on Sly theme, you can add a second featured product on homepage, Sly is suitable for one, 2 or 3 products

You can add a second product from the theme editor

• Scroll down and click Add section > Featured product
• Then select your second product

One you add the second featured product section, you can edit the product options, tabs, ... for that second product.

Yes you can, and here is how

• Create a menu from the Shopify admin
• Give a title to your menu
• Click Add menu item
• Fill the name and the link for your first product
• Fill the name and the link for your second product product
• Click Save
• Then go to the theme editor, under Header select your main and click Save
