[Solved] Add sale icon to submenu in Shopify

I'm so happy to hear that Plak is the best fit for your online business now.

The Sale badge on the submenu doesn't exist as a built-in feature in Plak, we only put in the most used features to keep the theme light and fast, however here is how to add the sale badge to your submenu titled (on promo now)

• From your Shopify admin, click Online store > Actions > Edit code
• Open the file site-nav.liquid
• Just below this line

<span class="site-nav__label">{{ grandchildlink.title | escape }}</span>

• Add this code

 {% if grandchildlink.title == "on promo now" %}
<div class="tooltip-mega"><em class="tooltip-sale">{{ 'products.product.on_sale' | t }}</em></div>
{% endif %}

• Click Save

Note that this code is case sensitive, you have to copy and paste exactly the title you which the sale badge to be assigned to
