Managing returns is an important part of the customer experience.

Depending on your return policy, you may need to create returns for your customers to return purchased items and proceed to a refund. This option is now available on Shopify

From your Shopify dashboard, you can create and manage your returns, send shipping instructions and return labels to your customers, track returned items, restock inspected items, ... and more
