So I have been thinking about opening a new shop however I owe Facebook ads money from an old add account like $ 400.
i totally forgot about it and will pay the money. Thing is will I be throttled for engagement etc, what do you think?

You will have to pay for the past ad costs first. It will not affect the effectiveness of your next ads though

Pay them what you own and start fresh to avoid any ban of your ad account
