[Solved] Shopify store disconnected from facebook shop

Hi all,

I have connected my Shopify store (using Plak theme) to Facebook.

But In the next minutes it gets disconnected. Then i re-connect and it get disconnected again, again and again.

I don't know if this connection issue comes from Plak, Shopify or Facebook. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

The connection issue between your Shopify store and Facebook doesn't come from Plak Theme.

The best and most efficient way of helping you get this fixed for your store is to reach Shopify support team directly from here. The team can then take a closer look into it.
