How do you choose a review app?
I'm using judge.me which seems to do all the right things but wondering if customers trust it? I was thinking may be I should use Trust Pilot for my Australian store and not sure about what I should be using for my U.S. one. What do customers trust and are some better than others and if so how?

Reviews work when there's a reasonable number of reviews. Regardless of the app or company which supports the reviews process it's important to have a strategy in place for asking for reviews after every sale. And asking multiple times if the customer doesn't respond after the initial requests. Only once the customer can see multiple reviews for a product do they start to trust what's written.
