Yes, we offer Free support via email and forum. We frequently update our themes based on our merchants remarks and issues.

Do i need to be a coder/programmer to use Grass theme ?

Not necessary, Grass theme is easy to use, you can use drag and drop to insert sections, you can even change the features colors, size, … directly from the theme editor without the need to be a coder.

Is there any extra or monthly fees?

Grass Theme licence is a one time fee for life , there is no extra/hidden or monthly fees.

Can I try the theme before the payment ?

We offer 14 days period to claim full refund in certain conditions

How does the theme updates work?

As we care a lot about the success of our merchant, we don’t use an automatic theme updater app as it has some serious inconvenient such as :

• It will override your custom coding
• It may break your theme
• Can conflicts with some existing apps in your store
