How to change Plak theme languages ?

The default Plak theme language is English, however other 20 languages (German, French, Spanish, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, Chinese (simplified & traditional) and also Arabic language) are available. When you change your theme language, this includes translations of all of the text content in your online store.

Plak is the only premium Shopify theme where you can change the theme editor language to French, German, Spanish or even Arabic

How to change the Shopify dashboard and theme editor language ?

1. From your Shopify dashboard, click Settings => Plan and permission
2. Next to Permissions, click on the your profile

3. Click on View account settings

4. Next to preferred language, click on the dropdown menu to chose the language of your Shopify dashboard and Theme editor.

How to change the live store language ?

1. From your Shopify dashboard, click Online store=> Actions => Edit languages
2. Under language, click Change theme language, chose your desired language and click Save.

Does Plak support Multi-languages feature?

Plak is compatible with selling in 21 languages, but the standard Shopify multi-languages features will not allow you to translate your content (such as product titles and description) .

For a complete translation of your site, you need to install a third party language translation app

Multiple languages Shopify limitations

• You can translate your store up to  5 additional languages only ( 20 for Shopify Plus merchants).
• Tags (such as product, collection, article and blog tags) can’t be translated and this may impact some existing features from being displayed properly, such as the Colors & Sizes swatches on collection filter sidebar

What about Arabic language ?
