Refund Policy

At Plak Theme LLC, we offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you experience problems with the theme that we couldn’t resolve, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refund request must fully meet all of the following conditions :
- You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the theme.
- You didn’t activate the licence your received.
- Your issue derives from not being able to install the theme properly or get the theme to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team by email at support@plaktheme.com or posting the issue on the community forum
- Refunds will not be granted for missing feature(s). If you are not sure we support a specific feature, please check the themes demos or/and contact us prior to purchase.
- Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party plugins, themes modification or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the Theme.
No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
By buying one of our Shopify themes, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
When should I get my refund?
Once we receive your refund request, and once we validate your refund (generally within 1 business day), you’ll get a mail confirmation.
Note : refund may take up to 24hrs to appear in your original payment method statement.
