Shopify has released a new feature to display Youtube videos in product page. See it Live in Plak Theme
How to add a Youtube video to Plak product page
- From your Shopify dashboard, click on your desired product
- Scroll down to media and click on Add media from URL
- Click on Embed Youtube video and paste the URL of the Youtube video
How to embed a video from your computer
- From your Shopify dashboard, click on your desired product
- Scroll down to media and click on Add media
- Upload your video and you’re done
How to modify the video to make it having the same size as the featured photos?
For better looking, your product photos must have the same size, a ratio 1:1 is recommended.
Similarly, your video must be squared, you can use THIS FREE TOOL to crop your video
